In the case of an emergency out of hours, please phone 020 3594 8938. If treatment is necessary we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours.

How do I register?

If you are a new Patient to the Practice, you will need to visit us to complete a medical history; this will allow us to register you and make an appointment for your initial consultation. At your initial consultation, we will conduct an examination of your teeth, undertake any necessary x-rays and review your medical history. We will then discuss your dental needs, any concerns that you may have and together determine your personal treatment plan. This will include a description of any treatment that may need to be carried out and the associated costs.

I need to cancel or re-arrange my dental appointment, what should I do?

Please phone us at least 24 hours in advance. As a Patient of our practice we ask you to keep to your appointments, and give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation. If you miss or cancel two appointments with little or no notice, the practice may no longer be able to see you. You will have the opportunity to discuss this with the Practice Manager. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.

Choosing how to Pay

After your teeth have been examined and a treatment plan has been agreed, you will be given a written estimate of the cost of the work to be done. Our normal procedure is to pay a deposit before treatment and then to pay for treatment as it is completed at each visit. If you are worried about the cost of dental treatment or find any point about charges difficult to understand, please let us know.

You may pay by cash or all major credit cards.

Do we see patients on the NHS?

We currently do accept NHS patients but unfortunately we have a limited capacity due to the number of patients already registered. Please call the clinic and we can update you on our NHS availability.
