Elysha qualified from Barts and the London Dental School in 2017 and whilst working in East London, she has gained experience in both the NHS and Private sectors. She is continuing her professional development, currently pursuing a Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England.

She is particularly passionate about achieving great cosmetic results and helping to restore people’s confidence in themselves.

She is friendly and approachable and is motivated to ensure excellent patient care, putting the interests of her patients first.

Elysha will always greet you with a smile and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Receptionist, Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator

Kelly is an experienced and friendly member of our team.

Her key role is to help coordinate complex treatment plans advising you on the nature and time of your appointments, the key treatment stages involved and assisting you with our finance packages, helping you spread the cost of your treatment into affordable monthly payments.

Dental Nurse, Receptionist

Shelina is a popular and friendly member of the Wapping Dental team. She is fully committed to her job and hard working with a strong positive attitude. Her role is to assist both patients and dentists and to ensure our strict infection control and safety procedures are adhered to.

Practice Manageress, Receptionist

Natalie has been working in dentistry for 16 years. She is a qualified dental nurse and a very experienced receptionist. She is very popular with patients and other staff members and helps keep the practice working efficiently. She is happy to help answer any questions you may have and will be only to pleased to book your appointments at a time convenient to you.

M.A. - Dental Hygienist

Nick qualified with an M.A. (Oxon) from St Catherine's College, Oxford in French and German. His first career was in Advertising and Marketing Strategy. However, having always been fascinated by Dentistry, after 11 years in Advertising, he decided to retrain. Nick qualified with the Tutors' Award from King's College in Hygiene and Therapy. Nick's special interests include the treatment of nervous and phobic patients, orthodontics and smoking cessation. Since qualifying, Nick has undertaken several ad hoc teaching roles both of fellow Hygienists and also Dental Nurses. He is also a published author in the management of patients with Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis.

Shirley qualified in Dentistry from The Royal London Hospital in 1992 and worked in various hospitals and practices before she began her orthodontic training at St Bartholomew’s (Bart’s) and The London Trust in 1997. She achieved her M Orth specialist qualification in orthodontics in 2000 and, after qualifying, she was awarded the Houston Research Scholarship and spent a year at the University of North Carolina in 2001.

Shirley then undertook further orthodontic consultant training at Bart’s and The London NHS Trust and gained valuable experience in treating patients requiring multidisciplinary care.

Shirley was appointed as Consultant Orthodontist at Bart’s Health Trust in 2004 and now works part time as an Orthodontic Consultant at the new Royal London Hospital site.

At the Wapping Dental Centre, Shirley is able to offer the very latest treatments available, enabling her to treat adult and child patients who have simple, moderate and complex needs and to improve both the appearance and the function of their teeth.

Shirley is actively involved in the training of dentists and orthodontists, and is a member of The British Orthodontic Society, The European Orthodontic Society and the British Lingual Orthodontic Society.

Rowena graduated from Leeds Dental School in 2007.

Since then she has become a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (Royal College of Surgeons), completed a course in Minor Oral Surgery (Royal College of surgeons).

She has had extensive experience in both NHS and Private dentistry in and around London.

She has gained a lot of experience working at the emergency dental services in Whitechapel and likes the challenge of treating nervous patients. She has worked at the practice since 2009 and enjoys treating children.

Rowena is also trained in Botox and dermal filler treatments.
